Berry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons shaved almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into an air tight container, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve cold with additional berries and almonds if desired.
  2. TIP: This recipe can be stored refrigerated for up to one week in a covered air tight container.
