ONE POINT MUG CAKE!

YOU’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp chocolate PBfit
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Mcrowave for 60 to 90 seconds.

i added sugar free hersheys syrup, but it didn’t need it. it was really yummy!!
